This residential area was developed a couple years ago and it's popular because atomosphere is nice. There is a big park in the middle of mansions and houses.
Also there is a big pond with thousands of fish although it breeds mosquitoes! I easily get 5-6 bites during I walk in the park with Flo for just 30 min. I hate it.
But otherwise, the park is well maintained and we sometimes see a family picnicking on the lawn (not in the summer time, too hot!)
The reason why we decided to have a dog here is that there are a lot of dogs here. Mansions and apartments don't even ban residents from having dogs and cats. That is so different from Japanese sense. Of course, if some damage occurred by pets, we have to compensate by ourselves.
When I lived by myself in Japan apart from my parents, I didn't even think to have dogs and
cats. Although almost all of apartments didn't allow their residents to have them, I didn't even think to have one. I thought it would be irresponsible because nobody looks after them when I am out. But the life with animals is so good than I expected. we are really happy with Flo now.
I know there are a lot of problems caused by pets, such as noise, smell and public manner. But if you can be responsible for and patient of nurturing them, the pets would never let you down.
Thank you for reading about my boring life. I will update my life sometimes from now during the life of our princess Flo.

Moo-!
Yes, I still remember there were a lot of bullfrogs singing (or shouting) in the rice fields in a tiny villege when I was a kid.
We didn't hear any frogs when we lived in a town surrounded by buildings here in HK but in the place we live now, we have a lot of nature. And I sometimes encounter frogs and baby frogs with strange cry, like "Gua! Gua!"
Weird...
